Recipe Notes

Baking time may vary depend on the oven models.

I have used gel food colour to colour the meringues. If you are adding liquid food colours, do not add more which will affect the texture of the kisses. Some times it does not hold the shape.

You can add 1/4 TSP of lemon juice instead of cream of tartar.

When you separate the meringue mixture on to bowls.Β  Use more meringue mixture for GREEN, 1/4 amount for BROWN and 1 to 2 TBS of meringue for RED meringue.

If you happen to have any left over mixture use your creativity to make any pattern or simply drop a tablespoon of mixture on to baking sheet and bake accordingly.

I had some white meringue mixture and see what i did with that πŸ™‚
